Your saved requests
The History page lists your most recent 50 media requests in reverse order. Each row shows:
- The original URL you pasted.
- The platform LiftMonkey detected.
- The current status: pending, processing, completed, or failed.
- A link to re-download (for completed requests).
- Delivery status if you have a cloud destination configured.
Re-downloading
Click any completed entry in History to jump back to its status page. The Download button streams the file again, directly from the platform's CDN. You don't have to re-paste the URL and re-run the extraction — the cached result is reused.
If the underlying media has been deleted from the platform since your original save, the re-download will fail with a "source no longer available" message.
How long is history kept?
By default, request records are retained for 30 days and then automatically purged. We don't keep the media itself beyond the transient working copy needed to complete the delivery — LiftMonkey is a pass-through, not a locker.
If you need something saved permanently, connect a cloud destination and let the file land in storage you control.
Why don't I see history?
History is per-account. If you paste URLs without signing in, those requests aren't associated with any user and won't appear here. Sign up before pasting if you want history kept.
